there are some winters when the trees are barren and winter has gone on for 5 months and seems not to have any hope of letting up, that the new buds would make me smile. as we have had practically NO winter, in its usual amass of snow, i fear it will come later when those buds mistakenly believe now it is time, when in reality it is not. hearing the sound of robins i rushed outside yesterday to count 32 of them in the field across the road, and more down by the corn cribs. i believe everything this winter is out of whack. but bare dead grass and robins made me surely smile.
in fondest of thought. Tilda
This is my penciled-in story,
offered up in bits and pieces,
prose and poetry, image and
story. I'm so glad you are here,
pull up a chair, let's sit by
the fire and talk about life.
